In 2018 we have decided not to organise the Dorset Do any longer.

The numbers attending were not really enough to make it pay in fact we only just broke even in 2017.

However, having said that, exciting new things are on the horizon in the shape of "Wild Sunday"on Sunday July 15th.

This is a new open-air show being run at a new venue by the Rangers of the local Avon Heath Country Park. It will be located at the South Park in Boundary lane at St Leonards, Ringwood. The new site is adjacent to Hurn Lane.

Although we are not involved in the organisation of this event we are encouraging all our past and present exhibitors friends to attend Wild Sunday. Last year it was spread over 2 days and 3,000 visitors attended. This year it is only a one day event but it's on a new site with much more room for parking and exhibitors.

If you want to exhibit please download the invitation form and return it with your P.L.I. and risk assessment form to Marco at Avon Heath

The charges for exhibitors as follows:

Charity stall – display only            Free
Charity stall – selling                       £20

Demonstrator                                   Free

The "DORSET DO" 2018 is currently under review (November 2017)

We are currently looking for a new venue with a more rural setting, so we can include more outside exhibitors. We may change the name to try and reflect more accurately what the show is about and it's possible the date may also change, although it has been provisionally booked for September 29th 2018.

If anyone has any suggestions please contact Mike

on 01425 475129
